Bullying,  Harassment  and Discrimination in the Legal Profession

1 hour

In this session Marnie sets out how and where these issues crop up in the legal profession. Surprisingly, this includes many common practices – when they are taken to an unreasonable level. Marnie explains the psychology of bullying, harassment and discrimination and shows examples of what may constitute “crossing the line”. She then sets out the risks to both employers and employees and explores a number of practical methods of resolving issues on both an individual and cultural level.
