Practical Professional Ethics for Legal Professionals
This seminar is a discussion between David W Marks QC and Peta Willoughby on the disciplinary matters that they are acting in relation to and David presiding over as a disciplinary panel member. They consider and discuss some recent and important examples of ethical breaches, and how practitioners could conduct themselves in these scenarios.
