STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is, in conjunction with member firms, offering a unique clerkship opportunity for up to six law students.  Clerks will spend two weeks in a law firm (this time Cartland Law) and will receive guidance across a variety of trust and estate related matters from leading firms and practitioners including Piper Alderman and Anthony Mason Chambers.

Trusts and estate practice is one of the most widespread legal practices and is an essential area to have knowledge of for most practitioners.  Successful applicants will have the opportunity to meet a number of different practitioners and undertake a variety of tasks.

Students should send a cover letter setting out their interest in trusts and estate law plus their CV and academic transcript to admin_at_cartlandlaw_dot_com by 5.00pm Friday 11 November 2022.

The STEP Clerkship will run from Monday 5 December 2022 to Friday 16 December 2022
